Any person or scientist who claims to pursue truth has to take notice of the astounding research available. Evolution will be seen as the shamanism of age.

"This person is severely deluded, especially if s/he thinks that genetics will disprove evolution. Evolution is far from vague. It makes simple, testable claims which also have explanatory power. It’s self evident and intuitive, as well as being among the best supported claims in all of science.

I am deluded. Well there is a sensible argument. I also find it humorous that instead of inviting dialogue and interest in science of all perspectives, SC, invites you to listen to only his narrow view.
Genetics is a code. The code has locks. Therefore a sheep doesn’t accidentally become a dog. The more we learn about genetics, the more implausible and silly Punctuated equilibrium becomes. Fact shows that stasis dominates the history of the fossil record. If Cladogenesis were true, the genetic record would show it, but it does not.
Remember, when you say your assertions are backed by “science” and “the best supported claims”, what you really mean is bureaucracy, “the norm”, tradition, and “The Man”.
Don’t believe what The Man says. Question authority.
SC is all about “defending scientific integrity, combating misinformation, and sharing his love of science”.
Excellent.
